Gorgeous heated pool (which was our top reason for booking at this hotel) and hot tub! Beds were so comfortable we were looking for the labels to buy some for home! The best pillows. Room was larger than average. Staff was kind. Lovely outdoor seating area. Location was super convenient.

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating for me and my pet. Went the extra mile to get me an additional nights stay in the same room even though they were very busy and mostly booked up. Room that allowed pets was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast delicious 😋 I've stayed at the Comfort Suites I-80 more than once as a halfway point between Milwaukee and Wakefield Kansas visiting my brother. Finally, I feel the cost was well within comparable hotel stays. Keep up the good work!

This hotel was booked last minute for the big Iowa game and we had no intention of staying anywhere too nice for just one night but this hotel was more than what we imagined. Staff was so kind and helpful, pool was great and the breakfast was amazing! Location was perfect plus with hotels being higher priced because of the locations and the games, this was very reasonably priced and it was worth every penny! A big shoutout to the lady working front desk after we arrived late in the night to check in. Good to see smiling faces like that and kindness no matter the time!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. If you are concerned about noise, the rooms facing the parking lot are preferable to the ones facing the railroad tracks. It has a pool. Because of its curved shape, it's not ideal for swimming lapses.

Despite I had called to ask about pet fees, the manager explained that sometimes a call to the hotel goes to a central "Comfort Inn" line and they don't know each hotels policy for pet fees. I was told $30 for pets... but it was supposed to be $30 PER pet. I felt very disappointed when checking in that I was getting a $60 charge for my two dogs. The manager did understand my problem and gave me a credit for the extra pet charge. I was VERY grateful. In the future, I need to ask if I am talking to the exact location so that I can get the correct information prior to deciding on a property for an overnight stay.

It was very clean. We travel extensively with our small dogs and the hotel was set up in a pet friendly way that allowed us to come and go with our animals as we pleased. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, including filling our water bottles with filtered water. The breakfast was exceptional as well. Many fresh choices too.

Nice to have a comfortable sitting area. Nice suite for the price. The pool and hot tub looked great, though unfortunately did not work out for me to use. Good location. Close to Mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Our family truly enjoyed this hotel. The staff were friendly and the pool was a great bonus! Our room was plenty big for 2 teenagers and myself and was very clean. The beds were comfy! Breakfast was another added bonus. So much for such a great price!

Staff was friendly, and the bathrooms were great and well stocked. The parking lot was good and well lit. Liked the Marketplace. Close to Mall, shopping, restaurants, and the University.
